What is a Stress Free, Posture Friendly Computer Desk?
As the name implies, the World's First Stress Free, Posture Friendly Computer Desk is a series of computer desks, designed and developed by WOODYS Stress Free, which allow for the placement of the computer monitor below the desktop surface. The desks are virtually identical to existing desks with one major exception: The shelf on which the monitor rests is adjustable and can be lowered as much as twelve inches below the surface top of the desk. This feature, the ability to adjust the monitor shelf up, down and tilt, allows the monitor screen to be adjusted to an ideal level more suitable to the user's line of vision, thus reducing eyestrain and associated work stress. And for those of us who wear bifocals and trifocals, the discomfort of craning our necks to view a monitor screen is at an end.

The following are just a few of the benefits of our Stress Free, Posture Friendly Computer Desks:

Reduced Eyestrain
By adjusting the monitor to the best possible level for proper eye focus helps alleviate discomfort and fatigue.

Less Stress
By being able to maintain correct posture while sitting in front of a computer hour after hour relieves the tendency for stress on the neck, back and other parts of the upper body

Better Ergonomics
Promotes good posture and greater eye/screen coordination, conducive to longer hours in front of the computer without incurring pain and discomfort.

Better Attitude
Feeling good about yourself and your working conditions instills pride in your work and your work habits. Fewer Lost Man Hours The need for fewer sick leaves and time off from work due to eyestrain and awkward posture at a computer desk for long periods of time.
